My goal is to provide the highest possible quality workmanship, with reliable and courteous customer service. I am also committed to continuous skills development and improvement through my involvement in ongoing seminars and conventions and the local chapter of the Piano Technician's Guild.
My qualifications include:
* Certification at the renowned University of Western Ontario Piano Technology Program, graduating with distinction.
* Apprenticeship at the prestigious Aspen Music Festival and School, including tuning and general preparation of Steinway concert pianos and mentoring from seasoned Concert Technicians.
* I am an Associate Member of the Piano Technician's Guild, and bound by their Code of Ethics.
* I am a member of the Canadian Association of Piano Tuners (CAPT)
